01. Service Access
By accessing MekongMotion.digital, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our laboratory provides advanced movement analytics and strategic data insights for Southeast Asian markets. Use of our platform constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and MekongMotion.
Eligibility & Registration
Users must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials issued for accessing our proprietary trend reports or analytics dashboards.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content in our sole discretion if we detect unauthorized scrapers or automated data extraction tools hitting our infrastructure.
PROPRIETARY SYSTEMS

02. IP & Usage
All content, including but not limited to the unique analysis of market trends, visualizations of data movement, and strategic laboratory findings, remains the exclusive property of MekongMotion.
- Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view our public reports for internal business decision-making only.
- Restrictions: You may not republish, sell, or redistribute our analytical data without explicit written consent from our Can Tho 2 office.
- Attribution: Any permitted use of our market insights must include a clear attribution to MekongMotion.digital.
Usage Parameters
Reverse Engineering
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to decompile or extract the source code of our movement analytics tools or trend detection algorithms.
Automated Access
